Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Each bouquet is handcrafted with care, using fresh flowers, and made to order—this means we are unable to restock or resell items once dispatched.


Damages or Issues

We take great care to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@byouquets.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and do our best to resolve the issue.
