Can I choose a specific delivery time?
No, Royal Mail aims to deliver by 1pm, so please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery.
What if my order is delayed?
While next-day delivery is used, delays can sometimes occur. It is recommended to choose a delivery date one day before you actually need the bouquet.
What if I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check your address before placing an order. If the order has already been shipped to an incorrect address, we will try to assist by contacting Royal Mail, but retrieval or redelivery is not guaranteed.
What if my order is cancelled by you?
In the rare case that an order needs to be cancelled on our end due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Do you offer delivery on weekends?
Yes, we offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Please select this option at checkout to avoid delays in processing your order.
FLOWER DETAILS
Will my bouquet look exactly like the inspiration picture?
Seasonal changes may cause slight differences, but similar flowers will be used to maintain the overall look and style of the arrangement.
How long will my bouquet last?
Fresh flowers can last between 7-10 days with the right care, but this may vary depending on the type of flower.
Do you provide flower food?
Yes! Each order comes with a packet of flower food to help keep your bouquet fresh for as long as possible.
What is the plantable paper included in my order?
The care guide in your order is printed on plantable paper, which contains seeds. Simply plant it in soil, water it regularly, and watch it grow!

What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns, as all orders are custom-made and flowers are perishable items.
Why don't you take orders for specific occasions?
Our services follow our faith and values, so we choose not to accommodate certain occasions.
Can I order flowers for a date that falls on a restricted occasion?
Yes, but please do not mention the occasion in the order notes, or your order will be cancelled.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
Reach out to us on the day of collection or delivery so we can assist you as soon as possible.
